Essex Bicycles Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or you have received a faulty item, please review our returns policy below:

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used for your purchase and refunds can only be processed to the card originally used for the transaction. Please allow up to 14 days for the monies to be visible in your account, this is due to bank clearance policies.
Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment or for refunds.

STORE PURCHASES
We are happy to refund your item within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for a credit note. Proof of purchase is required, i.e. a receipt and items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty). Kindly note we are unable to refund customised, special and bicycle orders.

WEB ORDER RETURNS
All customers are to email info@essexbicycles.com for all returns and queries prior to posting. Returns will not be accepted unless you have received an email confirmation from Essex Bicycles.

We are able to accept refunds for items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit note. Proof of purchase is required and all items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty) and returned in its original condition and packaging.

All web order purchases are to be returned to our store address unless arranged otherwise and the customer is responsible for all postage costs and for packaging the item safely and securely. Customers are to complete the returns and include it within the package being returned to Essex Bicycles. This is required in order to process all refunds efficiently and without further delays.
