We take the safety of our customers seriously and are pleased to offer a free safety check on all bicycles. For any changes/adjustments required, we shall recommend one of the following services (all prices include VAT):

  • Check the condition of the headset and make adjustments if required
  • Tyres are inflated to the correct pressure
  • Ensure the tyres are in a safe condition
  • Adjust the gear and braking systems where necessary
  • Check all bolts for correct tightness and adjust if needed
  • Make sure the wheels spin freely with no obstructions
  • Check the bottom bracket for wear and tear ensuring correct movement
  • Pedals inspected
  • Check and adjust the gears
  • Lubricate the chain

  • All threads checked and cleaned
  • Bottom bracket removed, cleaned and re-greased with new bearings
  • Headset bearings removed, cleaned and re-greased
  • Both hubs stripped down, cleaned, checked for wear and re-greased
  • Chain cleaned and re-oiled
  • Brake pads adjusted, checked for wear and advised if necessary
  • Full overhaul for worn parts and assessment for damage
